The Last Nine of Year 2009-2010

The last nine weeks of school. This is not the end but only the beginning of the end.
I am very excited about participating in the very first Battle of the Books at Crystal Springs Elementary. It has been alot of fun reading the book list and talking about them this year. What is your favorite? We will be creating a favorite graph in the next few weeks. We will complete reading On Wings of Heros by Richard Peck in the weeks to come.

We will be looking at Solid 3-D figures in math. Sound in science and Florida becoming a territory and then a state in social studies. We will be writing responses to literature and then will begin author studies. Who is your favorite book author?
There are still many things to complete in fourth grade, I am looking forward to seeing you.

I hope you are having a great time on spring break--the weather has been wonderful! Have fun but be safe. Thanks Ivan I have been reading Diary of A Wimpy Kid Roderick Rules
